1. Booking & Rates
How do I book a reservation / tee time?
You can book online through our website, by phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time.
How long should I book for?
For a beginner golfer, it takes at least 1h30 minutes for one player to play 18 holes. Two players usually take about 3 hours, and so on. Timing may vary depending on experience and pace of play.
How do your rates work?
Our rates are per simulator bay, per hour, not per person. Each bay can accommodate multiple players, so you can share the cost with friends.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes can be done online 24 hours before your scheduled time (details are included in your booking confirmation). Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your reservation begins at the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may still end at the original time if the next slot is booked.
2. Putt Royale
What is Putt RoyaleTM?
Putt RoyaleTM is the first of its kind in Montreal! Our custom built, indoor putting challenge combines the 18-hole game of golf with a fun, competition short-game experience on our premium putting surface. At over 1,200 sq. ft., you can experience up to 30 ft putts that mimic the same ball rolls and real-feel greens outdoors. Our stimp rating is set from 8-10 and a must try for all skill levels.
How long is a Putt RoyaleTM booking?
The estimated game time per player is 30 minutes so each booking is set to 30 minutes per person.
How do I book Putt RoyaleTM?
Unlike the booking for a simulator, each Putt RoyaleTM booking is per person; however you can still book online, by phone, or in person. Select “Putt Royale” when booking, the start time, the number of players and you’re all set.
3. Playing at Mulligan's
What technology do you use?
At Mulligan’s, we use GolfIn simulators—a Québec-based company known for precision and reliability—paired with GSPro software.
This combination delivers highly accurate ball tracking (including club and ball data) along with realistic, immersive graphics that offer real and virtual golf courses. Whether you’re practicing seriously or just playing for fun, the experience feels smooth, responsive, and true to the game.
How many people can play in one simulator bay?
- Regular bays: up to 4 players
- VIP rooms: up to 6 players
Can juniors or children play?
Mulligan’s has more of an adult vibe, so guests 18+ are welcome. We ask that everyone respects our code of conduct so all guests can enjoy their time with us.
Do I need to bring my own golf clubs and golf balls?
You’re welcome to bring your own.
Golf balls must be clean and unmarked. We also sell golf balls on site.
Do you rent golf clubs?
Yes, we offer rental clubs. Let us know in advance if possible so we can prepare them.
Do I need golf shoes?
No. Clean, flat-soled shoes are required.
Please avoid:

✘ muddy shoes
✘ high heels
Comfortable indoor shoes are perfect.
What type of golf tees do your simulators use?
You may use real tees in our hitting mats, or simulator cones — your choice.
What golf simulator technology do you use?
We use GolfIn’S IDRA II launch monitor with GSPro software for realistic gameplay and highly accurate ball tracking.
What are your house rules?
To ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone:
- Full swings only in the golf bays on the designated hitting area
- Be aware of others around you
- No outside alcohol permitted
- No food and drink on any of the greens (Golf simulators or Putt RoyaleTM)
- Treat equipment with care
- Respect your booking time
- And most importantly — have fun! 😄
4. Food, Drinks & Amenities
Can I order food and drinks directly from my golf bay while I am golfing?
Absolutely! We have touchscreens located in each of our golf bays for quick and easy access to order food and drink and our friendly staff is also available to help serve you. Our in-house kitchen serves sandwiches, snacks, and beverages — including premium beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic options — delivered right to your bay.
Is Mulligan’s accessible for all?
Yes, our facility is designed to be accessible for everyone. We welcome guests of all abilities and experience levels. If you have specific needs, please let us know and we’ll be glad to help.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes, free on-site parking is available.

Do you host group or corporate events?
Yes, we offer tailored packages for group outings, parties, and corporate events. Please submit an inquiry on our website and we’ll get back to you with a tailored offer to meet your needs.
How can I get a membership?
